Families with family members buried in the Cemetery and/or plots are encouraged to purchase Certificates of Trust. Certificates may be purchased as individuals, couples, or families. Each Certificate entitles the Certificate Holder to one vote in matters requiring a vote in the annual Pleasant View Cemetery Trust Meeting. The money collected from Certificates goes into a special Trust Fund and/or CD that generates interest. The goal is to eventually have enough money in the Trust Fund and/or CD that the interest alone will pay for upkeep of the Cemetery. Each Certificate is a one-time fee of $50. This fee is separate from the annual donation that is encouraged for the Pleasant View Cemetery General Fund.
